Who am I to be able to help you?

I am Alison Bushnell, a qualified life coach with an accredited Diploma from the Life Coaching Institute.

Also I have a Social Psychology degree and a post graduate diploma in Careers Guidance with years of experience in careers work including adult guidance.

Furthermore having spent most of my career as a senior manager with an international recruitment company, I have been involved in coaching many people to help them fulfil their potential at work, and personally too.

Having teenage children I have gained great tact and diplomacy skills over time.

Other than that I have a busy social life and do my best to maintain a healthy life style and have recently even taken up ballet!

I am based in Sheffield however location isn’t important as most of my coaching is done on the phone. I am flexible about appointments and will always try to fit in times and dates that are best for you.

As yet there is no regulating body for Life Coaches so you will need to assure yourself that I am the right coach for you; an initial chat will hopefully show you this much.
